Appointments
All sales and payments are final on Center of Solutions, LLC.

Pre-paid scheduled sessions CANNOT be canceled or rescheduled within twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled appointment time.   All sales and payments are final.
In the event that a session is in need of being cancelled by you the user, e-mail or phone notification to Center of Solutions, LLC with 24 hours or more notice of cancellation of scheduled appointment is required for rescheduling a pre-paid session at no charge.

If travel is required to meet you for consultation, that fee is non refundable for any reason. 

Rescheduling possibility of pre-paid appointment is forfeited by you the user if notification of cancellation of pre-paid appointment is not given to Center of Solutions, LLC (Family-Intervention.net) at all or is not given within the accepted time frame of 24 hours or more prior to the appointment time. 

In the event that a session is in need of being cancelled by a therapist/Coach/facilitator of Center of Solutions, LLC, will contact you within 1 hour prior to the scheduled session time via e-mail stating the cancellation of the appointment and a new appointment will be scheduled without any charge.

Downloaded Files
Center of Solutions, LLC cannot warrant or guarantee that any downloaded files from its site or from any sites linked to it are free from error, viruses, or other destructive properties. You agree to take the sole risk in downloading files or in retrieving any information from Center of Solutions, LLC or any sites related to it. You acknowledge that you have been advised that you should take the necessary steps to protect your computer and files from erasing, destruction, corruption or other malfunction.

Center of Solutions, LLC reserves the right to decline and not accept any person requesting coaching or therapy sessions from Center of Solutions, LLC.  Center of Solutions, LLC reserves the right to review all completed and e-mailed questionnaires for candidacy for selection of receiving services from Center of Solutions, LLC.  A therapist/coach/facilitator with Center of Solutions, LLC will review the submitted questionnaire and deem you the user suitable or NOT suitable for receiving services through our website and will e-mail you the user a response e-mail stating if you are suitable for receiving services from Center of Solutions, LLC.  Center of Solutions, LLC reserves the right to use its own qualifications and guidelines to deeming you the user as suitable or not suitable for receiving services from Center of Solutions, LLC.  You waive your right to notification as to the reason for non-suitability for receiving services from Center of Solutions, LLC.

Terms and Conditions
If you DO NOT AGREE to the terms of this Disclaimer or a revised Disclaimer, you will not be permitted to proceed with the services within this website and it is requested that discontinued usage of this website is observed, thus logging off Center of Solutions, LLC immediately.  CONTINUED USE OF THIS WEBSITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT WITH THE TERMS OF THIS DISCLAIMER.
